Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time consists of two stages:

1. Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery Time
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by New Zealand Couriers.

All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, delivery times may be longer.


What does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping on all orders. This includes insurance in the event of theft, loss, or damage to your parcel.


Where is my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order through the tracking page on our website — simply click “Track Your Order” in the main menu.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple separate parcels.


My tracking number isn’t working

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
If there is still no update after several days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
